Shipping

How much is shipping?

  • Orders totaling $149 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US and Canada.
  • For orders under $149, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 will be applied for standard shipping within the continental US and Canada.
  • Please note that large items such as bikes and snowboards may incur an additional oversized fee.
  • International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders at www.shopnomads.com typically ship within 1-5 business days. While we aim for 1-2 day processing, please understand that as a small business operating at limited capacity, this may not always be possible. Our fulfillment team operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm MDT, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

For express shipping, orders must be received and credit authorized by 12:00 P.M MDT for same-day shipping. If not, your order may ship the following business day. Please note express shipping is not available on weekends or holidays; orders during these times will be processed the next business day.

Does Nomad's offer in-store pickup?

Free in-store pickup is available for anyone willing to make the journey to Nomads’ beautiful retail store, located in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. In-store pickup orders may take up to 5 business days to arrive, so please contact Nomad’s customer service team via email at sales@shopnomads.com or by calling our toll free number 403-887-3119 if you are interested in potentially picking up your items the same day as your order. 

Please note, if you select our free in-store pick up option and would like the items shipped to your location you will need to pay the shipping cost before your order can be fulfilled. Requests for additional shipping charges in the case of accidental free in-store pickup selection will be made via email. 

Returns and Refunds

How long do I have to return my purchase?

You can return your purchases for a full refund 7 days after you receive it. This means you have shipped it back within 14 days after you receive it. You can return your product for Exchange or Credit up to 60 days after you receive it. Sale Item 30% or greater are not returnable. We are not responsible for the shipping to return a product to us in situations including, but not limited to: Ordering the incorrect size or color.

How do I return a product?

Email us at sales@shopnomads.com. Let us know what you want to return with your 4 digit order number that can be found in your order confirmation email. Please let us know why you want to return it (size, gift, warranty etc.) From here we will take over and make this painless.

Does Nomads refund return shipping costs?

As we are a small business, we will not refund the original paid shipping amount on returns unless the return is due to an issue cause by Nomads.

Is it free to make a return?

As a small business, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Why do you charge a restocking fee?

At Nomads, we believe in offering competitive pricing to our customers. Charging a restocking fee allows us to maintain affordability while managing operational costs. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us continue providing quality products and service at the best possible prices. Thank you for your support!

How can I track my order?

Once your item is shipped by Nomads order fulfillment team after 1 to 5 business days, you will be emailed a tracking number where you will be able to view the status of your shipment. Track international orders shipped using one of the link below:

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, however order cancelations are subject to a 5% admin fee. Nomad's is a small, locally owned business operating at a limited capacity so we hope you understand!
